Mr. Otiti is an Engineering graduate and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stockbroker. He obtained a B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering and M.Sc Degree in Construction from Loughborough University of Technology Leices, England. Before he became the Chief Executive of FIS Securities Ltd, he worked in HFP Engineering Limited and had his Stock broking training with Wintrust Limited. He has undergone several Management and Accounting courses locally and abroad. He has a wide experience in the Capital and Bond Market. He is also an accredited trainer.
She is an architect and a seasoned business lady. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, she has worked in a number of organizations including Interstate Architects and Federal Ministry of Works and Housing. Mrs. Giwa is on the board of several other companies.
He is a graduate of Economics and Accounting from Guildhall University, London (formally City of London Polytechnic). He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Henley, The Management College, and A Top 5 UK Business School. He has worked with Peat Marwick & Co. and later with First Bank of Chicago, London branch, as Senior Accountant. At present, a Director of ESM Consultants Ltd. (a firm of Management Consultants and Accounting) and also a director of Saffron Ltd., a tax Audit firm in Nigeria.
He is a graduate of Physics from Carlton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He holds a MSc. in Information Technology from Loughborough University, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. Prior to joining the Board of FIS, he worked in varying capacities at Citi Bank Ltd, Lagos. He turned around the IT departments in both Fidelity Bank Ltd and Societe General Bank Ltd at General Manager Level and at Deputy General Manager level at First Bank Plc, Lagos; in charge of Information Technology department. He moved to Afri Bank Plc at General Manager Level in charge of Information technology. He is currently the Country General Manager for IBM International for Nigeria and West Africa.
She is a biologist, with a Bachelors degree in Biology from Carlton University, Ottawa, Canada. She also holds a masters degree in Food science and technology from the Reading University, United Kingdom. She was a quality control analyst with Glaxo UK, Ware, Herefordshire. Mrs. Sherifat Runmonkun currently serves as a Director, Human Resource/ Admin FIS Securities Ltd.
She has a B.A. in Applied Arts from the University of Benin, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and Msc. in Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance from Loughborough University, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. Prior to joining FIS, She worked in varying capacities in different departments of Chartered Bank Plc. She left the bank after 11 years in 1999 at a senior management level. She has undergone several cognitive and management courses both locally and abroad. She is a Chartered Stockbroker and an Associate of the Institute of Stockbrokers. She is also a director of Baytuzzeenah Ltd.

Compliance Officer He is a graduate of Lagos
State Polytechnic, Isolo, Lagos. He holds a higher national diploma in
Accountancy. He Is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of
Management. Prior to his appointment with FIS Securities Limited, he
worked with Milpharm Ltd as an Accountant and Administrative Manager and
was an official of Union Bank Plc. from 1984 to 1997. He is student
member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers. He also, is a
registered compliance officer with The Securities and Exchange
Commission and The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Mr. ADELEKE ISAAC OLUDELE
Chief Finance Officer Adeleke is a Chartered
Accountant close to two decades of practical experience in Core Finance
& Internal Control Function, a B.Sc. Holder in Accounting,
University of Lagos, Akoka, 1988 – 1991, he also attended Lagos Business
School Management Program (LBSMP), IFRS and Total Quality Management
Training. He is from Osun State. Prior to his appointment with FIS
Securities Limited, he worked as an Internal Control Manager and Chief
compliance officer at Agro traders Ltd, Akure Sept. 2012 to Jan. 2015,
NMR Intercontinental Ltd, Ogba, Lagos as the Group finance manager Sept.
2009 to August 2012. Gracespring Int. Ltd. Ikeja, Lagos as head of
finance march 2004 to August 2009. Tritech Computers Ltd, Ikeja, Lagos
Dec. 2001 to Febru. 2004 as Finance Manager.
Mr. TIAMIYU MUSTAPHA OLADELE

appointment with FIS Securities Limited, he worked with Innovative
Cleaning solutions as a Sales and Marketing Officer. He is a student

Mr. ODUODE OLUWASEGUN ADEBOLA Sales Trader/ Client Service Manager
Oluwasegun Oduode is a graduate of The Olabisi
Onabanjo University, Ogun State. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree
in Economics. Prior to his appointment with FIS Securities Limited, he
worked as a project supervisor with Cross-Marketing Limited. He is a
student member of The Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers.
Mr. ADEGBOLA ADETOKUNBO BABADE RESEARCH ANALYST
BABADE holds a Master’s in Business
Administration, Bradford University School of Management, 2010-2011 and a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Igbinedion University Okada,
2001- 2005 He has competently engaged two clients with a combined
contract value of Ten Thousand British Pounds, at the same time
effectively conducted market research, competitor analysis and quality
control. Accountable for completing financial product review, protection
insurance & investment products, accumulating requirements,
carrying out analysis, reporting information and steering process design
and implementation. Prior to his appointment with FIS Securities
Limited, he worked as at Bond advisory Ltd, U.K. from 2013 to 2015 and
at CAPITA RETAIL FINANCIAL SERVICES UK from 2012 to 2013. He also served
as a Consultant-Financial analyst at New Bridge Capital Management
Limited in 2015. Babade consistently received appraise and positive
feedback both from customers and managers when he worked with
Santander UK Plc, the eight largest Bank in the

Mr. OWOFADEJU IBUKUNOLUWA SAMUEL Risk Manager/Internal Control and Audit
Owofadeju is an Associate of Taxation Institute

Accounting Technicians (AAT) 2002, B.Sc. holder in Accounting, Babcock

Securities Limited, he worked as a project supervisor and Tax/Finance
Manager at Innovative Dredging and Contracting Limited 2014, Head of
Finance & Operation at Roy Hill Realities Limited 2010 – 2014. He
was head of Finance at Chinbell Industries between 2007 and 2010. Mr.
Owofadeju, also served as Finance and Project Supervisor with Frednez
Global Limited between 2004 and 2005.
EDOHEN RICHARD OLUWATOLA HELP DESK
Mr. Richard obtains Certificate in Business
Strategy, University of Virginia, United States 2013, a Bachelor of
Science (B.Sc.) Business Administration Babcock University, Nigeria,
2013, he has also worked as Customer Service Officer Guaranty Trust
Bank, Lagos (2015), and a Project Unit Officer with Dangote Industries
Limited, Lagos (2014) he hail from Edo State. Prior to his appointment
with FIS Securities Limited, he worked as a Customer Service Officer at
Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB) in 2015. Earlier, he was also engaged with
Brand Regimen SFS between 2012/2013. Mr. Edohen also had a stint with
Dangote Industries Limited, Lagos in 2014.
