Letters of Administration or will & probate

Death certificate

Gazette from high court

Banker’s confirmation of signatures letter

Letter appointing us as stockbroker

Letter of acct opening/Conversion

Payment of fee charged for service

Current passport photograph of ad

Current valid I.D

Current Utility bill

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED OPENING A CORPORATE STOCK BROKING ACCOUNT

The under listed documents are required to open a corporate stock broking account:

Certified True Copy of Certificate of Incorporation

Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Articles if association (Form C02)

Certified True Copy of Particulars of Directors (Form C07)

Two Passport photographs of each signatory indicating full name & duly signed at the back

Valid means of identification of each signatory: either, International Passport, National I D card, Driver’s License or Permanent Voters Card (PVC)

A copy of utility bill of each signatory: either, Water Bill, PHCN Bill or Waste Bill

Signatory Mandate, indicating those who are authorized to deal with FIS SECURITIES LTD on behalf of the company

Extract of Board Resolution appointing FIS SECURITIES LTD as the company’s stock broker.
