Mr. HAKEEM OLANREWAJU GBOLAHAN, OTITI

Managing Director / C.E.O.

Mr. Otiti is an Engineering graduate and also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stockbroker. He obtained a B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering and M.Sc Degree in Construction from Loughborough University of Technology Leices, England. Before he became the Chief Executive of FIS Securities Ltd, he worked in HFP Engineering Limited and had his Stock broking training with Wintrust Limited. He has undergone several Management and Accounting courses locally and abroad. He has a wide experience in the Capital and Bond Market. He is also an accredited trainer.

Mr. Otuju, Earnest A, ACIP, ICMR, PGD, HND, B.Sc.

Chief Finance Officer

Mr Otuju is the Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining FIS Securities Limited he worked with Dynamic Portfolio Limited for over 20 years, major part as Chief Compliance Officer in addition to supervising Issuing House documentation and co-ordination – He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry Studies from the International School of Ministries (ISOM), USA, a Post-Graduate Degree in Public Relations Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State and a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Administration and Office Management from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He is highly experienced in the capital market operations and analysis, having put in over twenty (23) years in the stockbrokerage industry. He effectively co-ordinated the activities of Dynamic Portfolio Limited and its subsidiaries at various times; and has for several years worked in the banking industry.

He is an Associate member of Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP), Associate member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR), a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He is duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as Chief Compliance Officer.

Mr. ADELEKE ISAAC OLUDELE

Chief Finance Officer

He is a Chartered Accountant close to two decades of practical experience in Core Finance & Internal Control Function, a B.Sc. Holder in Accounting, University of Lagos, Akoka, 1988 – 1991, he also attended Lagos Business School Management Program (LBSMP), IFRS and Total Quality Management Training. He is from Osun State. Prior to his appointment with FIS Securities Limited, he worked as an Internal Control Manager and Chief compliance officer at Agro traders Ltd, Akure Sept. 2012 to Jan. 2015, NMR Intercontinental Ltd, Ogba, Lagos as the Group finance manager Sept. 2009 to August 2012. Gracespring Int. Ltd. Ikeja, Lagos as head of finance march 2004 to August 2009. Tritech Computers Ltd, Ikeja, Lagos Dec. 2001 to Febru. 2004 as Finance Manager.

Mr. TIAMIYU MUSTAPHA OLADELE

Head of Operations

He is a graduate of University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Prior to his appointment with FIS Securities Limited, he worked with Innovative Cleaning solutions as a Sales and Marketing Officer. He is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers.

Mr. OYEWUMI ABDUL HAKEEM

Accounting Officer

Oyewumi Abdul Hakeem is the Account Officer of the company. He is a graduate of Accounting from the prestigious Umaru Musa Yaradua University in Katsina State. He has efficiently supervised the activities of the account department since he joined the company. Before joining FIS Securities Limited, Mr. Oyewunmi worked with Ilabilahi Stores, in Kwara State as Sales Representative and Super Cleaning Facilities Management in Lagos, as Stock Keeper.

MISS ADENIKE FOSTER – AILERU

Client Services /Investment Officer

Ms. Adenike Foster is a graduate in Finance from the University of Lagos and an associate member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. She obtained her first Degree in Finance in 2015 and she is currently writing her Masters’ Program in Banking and Finance at the University of Lagos. She is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Before joining FIS Securities Limited, she worked with Access Bank Plc where she acquired skills needed for building and maintaining strong and valuable client relationships. Upon completion of her Cis Examination, She Joined FIS Securities Limited In 2021 as a Client Service/Investment Officer.

Mr. GIWA OLUWATOBI KABIR

Head – Information Technology

Giwa Oluwatobi Kabir is the Head of our Information Technology Unit. He is a graduate of Computer Science from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He has efficiently supervised the activities of the department since 2017.

Mr. HAFIS JENMI

Internal Control

He is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo, Lagos (now Lagos State University of Science and Technology, Ikorodu, Lagos) He holds a higher national diploma in Accountancy. He Is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Prior to his appointment with FIS Securities Limited, he worked with Milpharm Ltd as an Accountant and Administrative Manager and was an official of Union Bank Plc. from 1984 to 1997. He is student member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers. He also, is a registered compliance officer with The Securities and Exchange Commission and The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
